One place to update logo for all system emails.

Hey Joe, thanks for sharing this idea. The problem is very clear: it’s not a good UX to update the system email templates manually, especially for a shared part like logo. 

I’d put this idea to open and so others can vote and reply on it. And please don’t forget to vote on your own idea ;) 

I’d like to see this as well. The ability to have global banner, logo, footer, templates, etc.

We work around this by calling in the logo via a absolute URL from our CDN. Then if we ever had to make a logo change we simply do that on the CDN and don’t have to touch the emails.

Hey @Scott Baldwin, I liked your answer and noticed that you are a total rock star, so I thought I’d ask…

We added our logo to our Hubspot in a public facing way, but are still having issues with the logo not showing up for anyone outside the organization. Any thoughts on this ?

@Etienne Nichols possible that hubspot logo can’t be pulled in. I’d have to see the page and your email code to diagnose further. Feel free to DM me. 

I think this would be a really valuable feature, and I’m surprised it only has 15 votes so far.

Thanks and yes this is really a pain point and we would like to address it. we will look into it next year we will park this for now
