Open Company in a the same tab

It’s driving me and my team crazy that when we open a company it opens in a new tab. We’re constantly getting tab clutter. This isn’t currently a tenant change that can be made - it’s global. Proposing here that this becomes and option for us to choose and set our system default for.

      I have a customer that would also like this feature, and some additional capability.

      The current behavior creates a compounding problems for their team:

      1. Tab sprawl kills focus. CSMs working through account queues — whether from a dashboard, a CTA list, or a report — end up with a browser full of open C360 tabs.

      What they're asking for — and it doesn't have to be complex:

      A simple two-tier preference model:

      • Tenant-level default (admin-controlled): Set the org-wide default for tab behavior — new tab or same window.
      • User-level override (CSM-controlled): Let individual users set their own preference in their profile settings, persisting across sessions.
