Open CTA in Window after CTA Creation

This idea is to make the manual CTA creation > action taking experience more efficient. 

Current experience:

1. Create CTA > click Save.
2. The CTA you created disappears and you must click View CTA at the bottom of the screen to open it. If you miss this prompt, you will then need to navigate to Cockpit to locate your CTA. 

Preferred experience:

1. Create CTA > click Save.
2. The CTA you just created remains on the same screen/tab. Then you can take immediate action logging activities and updating your CTA.
