It would be super helpful for our CSMs to be able to send a link to a customer to allow them to manage their opt out. We are starting to rely on Journey Orchestrator more and more and if CSMs get a response about wanting to opt out, we want the CSM to be able to direct them to their own opt via a link

@andreammelde Thanks for posting it here. We do have few enhancements for opt-out in our road-map. I am redirecting this to our product team for more visibility.

between double opt-in requirements and our customers understanding “what updates can I expect” it’s critical for our low touch/ tech touch operations!
