Option to refresh customer segments before program sync runs

I understand this is on the roadmap but I wanted to get a placeholder idea post just in case this idea comes up for others.

Similar to how power lists worked with outreaches, it would be nice to have the option to enforce a segment to refresh before a program participant sync runs to ensure the freshest participant data is being fetched.
