"Or" Logic in Staircase Reports

We currently do not have the ability to use “OR” logic when applying filters to new or existing Staircase reports. Every filter is treated as “AND” conditions.

If I want a report that shows upcoming renewal accounts where the “Risk level” is high OR “Engagement score label” is low, I can’t do this in a single report. Instead, I have to export and manually piece this together myself, which gets old fast, especially as the impacted report volume grows. 

There are countless use cases in which this functionality would be beneficial to admins and users. Here are a few more: 

• Single account report capturing accounts renewing in the next 90 days AND have either a ”Negative sentiment” OR “Risk level” is greater than or equal to 2
• Single lifecycle event report capturing accounts where the Staircase Sentiment score label is red OR the Insight “Account Dark” 
• Single report capturing active accounts with a “Churn Risk” insight detected OR a “Account Dark” insight detected OR a “Negative sentiment trend insight detected

I know this has come up in a few other Staircase discussions, but I don’t see any associated ideas here.  

Please support OR logic in Staircase reports. Staircase admins and users need the ability to filter using AND/OR logic. This would reduce the admin overhead and report volume, offer a more complete view of accounts/matters that need attention, and bring Staircase filtering capabilities more in line with the CS platform (product parity).
