Currently, we cannot override the overall score (Automatic)to NA. It would be helpful if Gainsight provided an option to set the overall score to 'NA' or to set the overall score using the rules engine.
Use case: For some accounts, we lack enough information and rely on one or two measures that can be misleading for the overall score. For these accounts, we want to set the overall score to NA because we do not have sufficient information.
