Parity between Rules List and Rule Chains menus

If the three dot behaviour is similar between the two, could this parity be extended to the rest of the UI too?

 

The search bar and filter are useful in chains too. I resource to user the search function of the browser as workaround, but would be neat to have it directly there:
 

In rules, you can jump to Run or see the execution logs within the rule itself, but that’s not the case in Rule Chains. You have to go back, use the scroll bar, click the three dots and do it there, at least 4 additional steps for the lack of a button:
