No password policy controls available in Gainsight – Currently there is no way that Admin can setup a password reset process (Expiration of password control that meets individual company’s security standard) or do force password reset. I don’t see by anyway we can run a script or prompt to have users reset their password.
It would be great if we have Password Policy powers in the Admin hands so that an Admin can configure it to the password policy that meets Individual Organization’s Policy.
