Instead of creating a sub-hierarchy map at Company Level it would be good to have the dedicate people map available at the relationship level

@john_apple please upvote this & share with other members if they’ve come across this. How are you planning to design the map at Relationship level?

+1 plus a general performance review of the people map feature is needed.


@Revant_Amingad Our CS organization is very much organized by Product, which is reflected on the Relationship level in Gainsight. The Relationship360 is the main place our CSMs go to manage their individual customers; there is (almost) no need for them to go to the C360.

Therefore, we would definitely want to use the People Maps on the R360 and not on the C360, as the customer's team for every product is typically different.


@Jef Vanlaer - I TOTALLY resonate with what you said Jef. Thank you for upvoting this. I would also recommend you reach out to your CSM & ask them to file a prod enhancement request on behalf of you regarding this as it’s vital to your workflows.
