People Merge - Save Selected Fields

We’ve been doing a bunch of contact clean up in Salesforce resulting in needing to a bunch of People merges in SFDC, and it’s realllly painful.

We use External ID as our unique identifier, and that’s not one of the fields included on the merge page, so I literally have to add it for every single merge to determine which Person record I want to keep.

Would love it would just remember what fields I selected last time so I didn’t have to go add it each time!
