Permit moderators to add a poll when editing a post
Because we don't currently have the option to schedule posts, we sometimes create posts and save them in a "Drafts" forum that's only visible to us moderators.
I've found that when I want to edit a post before I move it to a publicly visible forum, there is no option to add a poll. And because posts with duplicate text return an error message, I have to trash the post I've created, modify its title and body content, and then start over.
Here I'm referencing other challenges that compound the challenge of not being able to add a poll, but allowing moderators to add a poll to a published post would also allow for a responsiveness to the community, too.
For example, if some ideas are raised in the thread, the moderator could respond to those ideas by adding a poll in the original opening post.
