Persistent CTA - minimize & navigate like TL entry

Goal: Improve end user experience of working on a CTA while still needing to navigate around GS.

 

When creating a CTA, allow user to access C360 within the same browser tab to search and include additional data points during CTA creation

If an end user needs to look up data on the C360 or previous CTAs that they want to include in the new CTA, there is no way for them to do this without losing their work. If the user were able to minimize the window similar to Timeline Activities in order to search for additional information or have work auto-save, this would be ideal. Currently, once initiating a CTA, if the user clicks out the work is lost

    +1. Allowing the user to minimize the CTA form (like Timeline) on C360 will improve the user experience. It will allow them to efficiently locate information about their customer that they need for their CTA without losing their work.
