PII Detection Tool or Regex support in keyword blocker

Hello! I’d like to propose the addition of a PII detection tool within the moderator rules. I think think this would bring Gainsight up to par with other community platforms and it would be super important for large communities as community managers, having this tool would streamline content moderation and protect users’ privacy.

Alternatively adding Regex Support in the Keyword Blocker would allow more flexible and sophisticated filtering. With regex, we could block multi-word phrases (e.g., “credit card number”) or define complex patterns (e.g., phone numbers, URLs, or custom formats). 

It seems like you already support regex for usernames so why not extending it to the keyword blocker as well? 😋
