Placing columns in a different order and saving it in the view

To manage our community, we need to create different views with filters and columns. On the moment, I am missing two functionalities here:

1. Being able to rearrange columns as I want, since depending on the overview, some may not be as important as others, and it helps me to have a better overview
2. Being able to save the columns I chose in the view. When saving a view, only filters are saved, but not the columns. This means I have to select the columns I want to see s every time I go into each view.

We saved around 10 different views to manage our community, so these two functionalities would really save us a lot of time.
