Please add reCAPTCHA to user registration
Since Dec 1, our community has gained 587 new Users Awaiting E-mail Confirmation accounts. 36 of them were created between Dec 1 and Dec 17. The rest showed up rapidly, beginning on Dec 18.
Clearly, bots are to blame here. Please add Google's reCAPTCHA to the user registration process (as quickly as is humanly possible 😁).
I'll have to open a support ticket to ban or erase all of these accounts in bulk since we don't have that option 😉
Side question, are others here seeing a similar uptick in these stats?
