Please consider including dropdown lists to be available for task mapping for sync to salesforce

Hi Team,

 

Currently we have a product limitation of not allowing the fields with data types dropdown list, GSID, Rich text to be available under task mapping in cockpit administration.

 

I have a customer who has requested us to implement an enhancement to consider including dropdown list fields to be available under mapping as it helps them in meeting their custom requirements for sync to Salesforce.

    Enforcing same dropdown values on both SF and Gainsight is a technical challenge. We will consider this in the future roadmap if we get enough interests(upvotes) for the same.
