Points Visible in Control on User Profile

Today, there’s no quick way to see a user’s points inside Control. To find this information, I have to run a report, which takes time and slows down workflows.

It would be much more efficient if point totals were visible directly on the user’s profile.

Proposed Enhancement

Add a visible points summary within each user profile in Control that includes:

• Total Points (Lifetime)

• Points This Month

Why This Matters

• Eliminates the need to run manual reports

• Saves time for admins and program managers

• Makes recognition and engagement tracking faster

• Improves visibility into user activity at a glance

This small UI improvement would significantly reduce reporting friction and make points tracking more accessible.
