This is pretty closely related to my last post on Success Plan Rule action IDs:

The field is a useful tool to track and report on what is creating artifacts. Call to Action DOES have this field however, it does not populate for Objective type CTAs. The values do not show up as Null as they do for most manually created CTAs, they’re just blank. So, even if you assume 100% of your Rule generated success plans will have objectives you won’t be able to look up the rule generating action at all via reporting.

Lookups like this are really important in all areas of the system. Sounds like Objective CTA’s need a healthy shot of parity with “normal” CTA functionality.

Yes please! :100:

@revathimenon Do we have any update on this? I’m not exactly sure what populates the ruleID, and why it doesn’t show for objectives, but given there is a beta going on where non-objective CTA types can be added to a success plan, I’d like to know if that solves this, or ruins it for all the other CTA types.

cc @darkknight not sure if you’ve poked around at this particular nugget in the beta
