Populate the tag cloud with data only from the section it's applied to

Hi,
Currently, the tag cloud widget populates on tag popularity across our entire community. It would be great to have the tag cloud widget adjusted so it pulls data and populates from the section it’s applied to.

In my opinion, this would work nicely with the updates Gainsight made to individualize knowledge base category pages. 

If updated, users would be able to: 
a) get an overview of the most popular tags within a section
b) browse content that used a particular tag within a section
