Since you are already porting in information from LinkedIn, if tracked, it would be great if the person’s LinkedIn profile picture could also be ported into P360. This would be a great way to push Sponsor Tracking adoption.

Currently, if the Person is tracked via Sponsor Tracking, the profile picture is automatically updated in the profile. Is this the behavior you are looking for?

+3This would be super useful - It’s good to know that this is already automatic for sponsor tracking, just wondering if there’s a way to do it that is compliant with privacy regulations for all customers that the system can automatically match to a LinkedIn profile. Sooo many CSMs are visual, especially when taking over a new account in a big portfolio! Also helpful for customer reference program databases.
+1We do not do automatic mapping to LinkedIn Profiles and these have to be approved by the CSM or any user before we can start tracking and this is done via Sponsor tracking.
