Posting auto-moderation

We have a specific case. Sometimes our users post their product activation codes as a plain text. We consider activation code as a private data which should not be published somewhere (to avoid the license is stolen).
We'd like to have an ability to create a replacement rule to replace a code by mask automatically. Our codes has exact format, so it is possible. Our current solution allows this feature via Badword filtering system (see screenshot). If Insided has the same ability it would be nice.
However we see an improvement of the feature: replace a code for every member who is not an employee (based on roles).
Is it possible?

P.S. Actually automated badword filtering is a good idea 🙂
