Preserve rich text formatting and code blocks when quoting posts

Currently, quoting a post strips out most formatting, preserving only basic styles (bold, underline, and italics). Custom font colors and code block formatting are lost during quote rendering.

In a developer community where users frequently share code snippets, losing proper code block syntax and formatting makes quoted content difficult to read.
