Preview CTA Form from Cockpit Configuration

Idea: Add a preview of the CTA (in form view) during creation from the Cockpit Configuration. 

Why does it matter? Allows admins to see what the CTA form itself will actually look like, how it will flow, and share a clean sample view of CTAs with others without needing to complete the Rules Engine to get a look at the form itself. Currently the only options to preview a CTA form is via the Rules Engine after setting those or expanding each section via the configuration.
