Product Enhancement: Improve Admin Report Popup Description box UI

This is a minor thing but something I come across X times a day.

When I go to build a new report I go to select my object. However, I am navigatoing my mouse from the bottom up. Which means the second I hover on the object below the object I am looking to select the description box pops up.

Can we have the description box just auto pop up to the right instead of next to the mouse?

In this screenshot I am trying to select relationship object but can’t because of that damn hover pop up box!

Just make the pop up box pull up to the right of the drop down element in that dead space!
