Provide filter for Draft Mode

It would be great to have a filter for the engagements list to find those that have a Draft Mode so we can easily find and either publish or delete the draft. Either as a sub-category to the Active engagements, or something standalone.

Since PX requires you to go into draft mode sometimes just to look criteria, we don’t always remember to “delete draft” instead of turning off draft mode. That means we have active engagements showing as having a draft and we need to review to see if it’s something that needs to be published.

Since we can’t sort by the Draft column, a filter would make it easier to identify and remedy those engagements.
