Provide image previews for posts

We all know Community is changing. It has been for a while now. And Support-style communities don’t cut it anymore. We have to infuse much more into our spaces for people to care and engage. What would help? Image previews in posts - please and thank you. 

An example - we want to create a space for customers to show photos of their pets. Does it tie back to their job, or how they use our product in any way? No. That’s the point. But how the system is built, they’d have to open each post to see the photo of Rockie or Pepper. No one (or very few people) will do that. 

Just like in Instagram, or even LinkedIn, there needs to be a preview of the photo, so people can easily scroll and consume the images. 

We have a lot of use cases for this, but to my knowledge, it isn’t possible with Gainsight. If I’m wrong, please correct me!

We have a number of ideas we’d like to bring to our community that we know would work, but we need this functionality in place. Anyone else agree? Thanks for the support. 🙂
