We recently came across a scenario with a non-native English speaker who is submitting a ton of ideas through our community. We were curious about the limitations of Gainsight's community search engine. We wanted to know if, as a non-native English speaker, searches for words on our community in a language other than English, do posts/ideas come up for them or not? An example would be if a Japanese member is searching for ideas in Japanese; do the English posts/ideas show up on their end, despite the member searching in Japanese in the community?
We were recently told this is not a feature at this time due to it being a limitation of Algolia, the search engine Gainsight uses.
