PX Dashboard Edit Permissions

Currently it is not possible to have both: a dashboard that is public AND give someone else edit access. We have to choose between a public dashboard that all admins/managers can edit, or list out each user and their access permissions.

Possible simple solution: Add an “All users” option into the “Give Access To Specific People” menu. Allowing me to grant view access to all, and edit access to named users.

Bigger solutions would include restructuring the dashboard management (needed for other reasons as well) and change this method of selecting the dashboard’s permissions and skip right to user permissions granted by any editor. 

Reason this is necessary is because we have multiple products and separate teams who should not have edit access to everything. This would not be a problem for a company with 1 product as everyone with manager access would obviously know all the content. But with more products we require more structure and organization of our dashboards that is lacking.
