PX Dashboard Widget for Adding Rich Text Context

This archived idea should be considered again. 

No that dashboards can be exported to PDF/PNG, they are more easily shareable with stakeholders and other audiences. 

It also would help address some of the quirks about various widgets, charts, and legends. For example, if I want to keep my widget 1x1 size and the legend doesn’t show in the visualization, I could add a widget to explain the legend and/or add additonal context
