PX Engagement > Survey > Allow Question Reorder

When creating a survey engagement in PX, allow questions to be reordered during survey creation.

Currently, when creating a survey, if questions need to be reordered, they must be deleted and recreated. It would be helpful/efficient to be able to drag-and-drop instead. 

(If this functionality has not been enabled to date because it is difficult to incorporate with Branching, perhaps it could be enabled at least for surveys that do not include branching.)
