Question Answer Scoring: Select Score

Suggestion to make the Select Score field for configuring answer scoring for questions to be a numeric, type-able field, instead of a 201 value picklist ranging from -100 to 100. It is much easier for people to type a number than to scroll through a list of 201 numeric values.

I had 10 questions with 4 answers to configure with scores 1-4. It took at least twice as long to fiddle with this picklist than it would have been to type a number.
