Quick Add - Record Association

Associated Records is cool (for users, not reporting T_T) but if you forget to tag something it is pretty annoying to fix.

If you have this setting turned on:

in CTA (or anywhere else you had the option) there should be a button in the UI you can click to associate a Timeline entry to the CTA record you are on without having to open the Timeline entry, edit it and all that noise.

This way, if a CSM or other user created a Timeline entry at the Global level on accident and found themselves looking at the CTA later but didn’t see the entry there, they could just toggle the global timeline on the CTA, find the entry, click the Associate to Current CTA button, and away you go.

This saves them clicks and doesn’t force them to navigate around to other menus.
