Quicklinks Widget Styling - Subtitle and Background Color

Quicklinks is the most use widget for me and I imagine many others.

I’d love to see it updated to match some of the advanced customization/styling features available in newer widgets. Specifically:

Subtitle option
Widget Styling
- Background Color
- Any other widget styling added in the future

Yeah, definitely.

Also I would like to see the “scrollbar effect” with the Quick Links widget, as well as Featured Topics widget has. Uniform look is important.
