Re-assign ownership of objective CTA's via Mass Edit

Thank you for posting this. As mentioned above, we are looking for an easier way to reassign the objective CTAs as we have a Success Plan heavy use-case. 

This is aimed at looking at the future since a team can have people joining them/leaving them all the time. In such scenarios, or even when there is reshuffling, the CSM ownership of accounts can vary based on region changes/territory changes.

This will make it extremely difficult for a smooth transition between accounts as the ownership of each Objective CTA will need to be updated manually

Can the Product Team look into this and provide an option to Mass Edit Objective Type CTAs?

In addition to this - I found this article which states that the Mass Edit for Objective CTAs has been implemented.

@hardik_mota - Can you kindly verify if this is true and if yes how to implement it?

Just wondering if there is any update on this topic.  We also need to be able to reassign the Objectives and associated Tasks when an account is assigned to a new CSM.  It seems big disconnect that Mass Edit will reassign the Success Plan but not all the Objectives and Tasks associated with it.  This causes a lot of manually work on the CSM’s part.  

@hardik_mota - Do we have an update on this change?

This update will literally save hundred of hours for Gainsight Admin as well as the CSMs if the mass edit allows success plans + ctas associated to the success plan

Our Eng. team would start developing this feature in this week. Considering Dev and QA approvals, the tentative date for releasing would be somewhere by the mid may 2022.

Our Product team has pushed the feature to the NXT production instances and now we are able to mass edit to change the owner of the objective as an auto-added filter is in place. Docs will be updated soon.

• Mass editing objective CTA is now available in NXT. Here is the updated support document. 
• When reassigning ownership of Success Plan users can optionally select to reassign the ownership of objectives/tasks within it.

Hi @hardik_mota - This is great stuff! It saves me a lot of time and is super useful to quickly reassign ownership along with the objectives and tasks
