regarding email options on emails through journey orchestrator

Today when we send emails using JO, We get an option to either mark cc or copy the email to internal team. We have a scenario where we need to do both at the same time. To one team we want to cc and other team either bcc or copy. This capability is not there currently on the system. Please include this in your product enhancement request. Due to personalized mails capability the team which we are setting up as sender is not able to receive the copy of the email as another team is marked cc.

Another constraint is of cc option capped to maximum 3 members. In our organization multiple teams are involved in driving one program and in touch with customers. We are not able to include and keep all teams informed. The above constraint adds more as the deterrent. 

Please look into this idea/ enhancements that will contribute in smooth operations of our digital programs as our internal stakeholders play key role for all our digital programs.

Glad to find this idea here, we have run into both of these issues recently.

We have account managers who need to be CCed on a communication, and another manager who has requested to be BCCed on the same communication.

Unfortunately, if we have the CC field selected, and attempt to also select “email copy”, the CC field is unselected, even though it looks like they should both be able to be selected at the same time.

We have also run into a case where we’ve had to limit the number of CSM/managers we can include in the email copy field, and saying “it’ll appear in the timeline” doesn’t really satisfy.

Would love to see this happen!
