Registering a notification Email address different from the registered Address

We link CC with our own service's account information. Currently, only the email address registered with our service can be registered as the CC address. However, we have received requests from users who wish to receive notifications at a different email address.

Therefore, we would like to request the implementation of a feature that allows users to set a notification email address different from their registered email address.
