Registration Approval: prevent users who are pending approval from accessing site

I think this is a necessary added feature for private sites

We can indeed limit visibility to community categories for registered users, but still when a user has made a registration request and is waiting for approval/rejection, that user can still have access to a bunch of elements:

• user profiles and fields details
• events
• landing page

This creates some awkward access for some users who will eventually be denied access/an account...
