'Remember me' feature login

It would be great if we could implement a 'remember me' feature in the community login flow.
Right now your login expires once you close your browser, which means that users that switch a lot between devices or browsers, like our super-users have to login each time they visit our community.
It can get really annoying for our community members, because as we all know, the number of visits a day -especially for super-users- can get really high.
And we all want our communities to be as easy accessable as possible of course, so it would be great if you could built this feature in.

    Thank you for sharing this idea. We have made the decision to park it for now because it didn't have a lot of interest for four years.

    Thanks for raising this.

    We’re going to archive this idea for now. While we understand the convenience a “Remember me” option can provide—especially for frequent users—this request has had limited engagement over time, and it hasn’t surfaced as a broader priority across our customer base. That said, we are planning to revisit parts of the login and registration experience in the future. As part of that work, we’ll re-evaluate related improvements, including session persistence and ease of access, depending on scope and overall prioritization.
