Currently, when mapping elements in an engagement (Guide), Gainsight only allows mapping to the first element within the DOM if multiple UI elements share the same class name or div name. This limitation disrupts or restricts the flow of Guided Engagements (Guides).
The request is to enable mapping to any matching UI element within the DOM, rather than restricting it to the first occurrence.
