Hey all,
as we started to dig into the Renewals module we realized that Gainsight doesn't support locked exchange rates
All of our Opportunitys live In Salesforce and when a deal is Won or Lost, the exchange rate is 'frozen' to keep historical data accurate. Gainsight, however, applies current rates to old deals. This means our historical ARR in Gainsight is constantly changing.
Any suggestion?
