Report Builder (HA) should default to 0 decimals when aggregation is applied

Today the default for an aggregated field is 5 decimal places? Maybe I am alone on this one but I will never use any more than 2 - most rounded up to 0 decimals.

 

 

Feel like the default should be 0 or max of 2 to account for currencies.

 

Anyone else feel the same?

    I received an update from our admin community that 2 might be the default today. I will test more in the next week to see if this is a Support issue with migrated reports to Horizon Analytics or if it is a GS Edition/bug issue.

      Either way 0 is my (and our) preferred de-facto standard for Decimal Places @rakesh

        Hi @davebrown2242 ,

        The default number we show here is the default decimal places you have defined for a field in GDM. Let me know if this is not the case Dave.

        @rakesh GDM? Gainsight Data Manager?   Just to note that this report I gave the example is from an SFDC object. Either way defaults should be Zeros and then granularity should be added in when aggregating fields.
