e are currently leveraging the Gainsight AI Agent within Slack and are looking to gain better visibility into its usage and adoption across our organization. At this time, AI Agent activity in Slack is aggregated into overall Copilot usage reporting, making it difficult to distinguish between the two experiences (confirmed with GS Support on 6/5/2026). This level of insight is important for understanding how the tools are being used and their overall impact.
We are specifically looking for the ability to separately track AI Agent (Slack) usage apart from Copilot usage, so we can better understand engagement with each feature independently.
Ideally, this would include out-of-the-box or configurable reporting capabilities for AI Agent usage in Slack, such as:
- Key metrics such as number of interactions, active users, and frequency of use
- The ability to track engagement trends over time
This level of visibility would help us more accurately monitor adoption, understand usage patterns by feature, identify targeted training opportunities, and share meaningful, differentiated insights with stakeholders.
