Reporting: At least allow IS NULL filter for Rich Text fields

Literally just finished up a discovery on this. The common question is “How often are people filling out [richtext field]?” and the answer requires me to export a bunch of data to Excel and do manual filtering / math there. If I could use a filter, or Group By, on the richtext fields I’d be able to do the same job directly in Gainsight in about half the time.

Comes up too often. The only two solutions I have seen are:

1. Not use Rich Text fields
2. Export all the data to Excel

Being able to filter on ‘is null’/’not null’ for these fields would be great.

Yes, a thousand times yes (but also just make it so we can do a “contains” too please so we can search for keywords… ;)
