It would be great to be able to report on Copilot usage - anonymous to the details. Ideally, I’d like to see who is using, chat datetime (so I can do a rollup and trend analysis of chat usage), custom prompts saved, usage of admin provided prompts, usage of GS suggested prompts.

While we’ve moved away from CoPilot for a handful of reasons, this was one of our biggest issues & is definitely a gap that still needs to be addressed.

We don’t use copilot currently, but we had some issues with adoption at my last place that would’ve been easier to tackle if we had more visibility.

Surely this data already exists in an object. If not, it should. I could see this trend data being incredibly helpful not just for our orgs, but also for Gainsight in troubleshooting and community usage. @bradybluhm, @Ritika Jindal, thoughts on this?

While the Gainsight Slack AI Agent can also answer a lot of the same questions Copilot has access to, a similar feature doesn’t exist for those of us who live in a Microsoft Teams world, and our CSMs would be FAR more likely to use the same Copilot prompts that work in the Slack AI agent where they already live in Teams, rather than navigating to Copilot in Gainsight.

Is there a possibility that Microsoft Teams will be viewed as less of an afterthought in the upcoming roadmap for feature development? It’s not just the AI Agent -- leveraging triggers in JO is also an area where the lack of #productparity is very obvious.

I believe some reporting on Copilot usage was recently added to Share360? Based on some users not being shown there, I believe this is based on PX tracking though, so users with ad-blockers can be missed.

Copilot is the kind of functionality for which being able to follow up on who’s using it is really important. It helps us as admins decide if we should further invest in enablement, configuring key definitions and example prompts etc.
