There are many situations where Help Text would be incredibly valuable for our users. Especially as we develop out new features and try to gain better adoption of Gainsight from our users. This request is that a Help Text feature be enabled for all fields within CTAs, SPs, Timeline Activities -- any areas where we are building custom objects to serve our users’ needs, so that we can add additional information for the user around the purpose of a field within an object.

This creature comfort would make orientation, enablement and adoption of Gainsight configurations easier and faster. As more teams lean more into making Gainsight a central tool of their day, the ability to deliver help and clarity in-app is valuable.


Can’t stress this one enough. ​@manu_mittal this is an easy enhancement that would help give the customizability we are looking for in Success Plans (and the other feature areas mentioned)

We’ve gotta have help text. We can’t expect users to go into documentation for each and every thing – having that little snippet of information would be immensely valuable.
