Request to change the default home page at user level

The customer does not want to give access to the home page to all users.

Below is the scenario: 

The user doesn't have access to the home page but has access to other pages like a dashboard. When he logins by default it's opening the home page and showing a 403 error.

Can we show default as dashboard page or any other page to which the user has access.

    This is a really big impediment to adoption. It’s also caused confusion with a completely unrelated process we’re doing UAT on in a sandbox, because this was automatically turned on even though we didn’t want it yet.

      ^^ this would be very very helpful for us as well -- we haven’t migrated yet, but it will help ensure a smoother roll-out when we do

      Are there any updates on this? This is an important feature and has negatively impacted adoption. Gainsight Home was automatically turned on for us on our migration to NXT and due to this, we cannot hide it. Removing it from the permission bundles has resulted in our users being greeted with a 403 error page. Therefore, it needs to be turned on despite it not being in use. It also lacks the ability to have different views based on which end users are using it.
