Requesting a way to manage/archive articles

+1 The current article list in PX is extremely limited in terms of organization, which makes management more challenging, especially as content grows. Having the ability to archive would be a great enhancement. 

With regards to improved article organization, it would also be really helpful to have tagging and filtering capabilities, along with expanded columns to make article data more functional and admin friendly.

Columns like these would go a long way: 

• Status (Draft, Active, Needs Review, Archived)
  • Enables admins to quickly identify articles based on status 
• Tags or Category folder
  • This would add some structure so you can group by team, feature, product area, etc. 
• Source 
  • Helps distinguish origin for further attention or clarity as needed
• Review Date/Expiration
  • Simple way for admins to stay on top of content and manage accordingly 
• Audience/Segment 
  • If associated with a targeted content strategy, this would readily clarify the intended audience(s)

In addition, it would be awesome if the KC Bots actually linked to the associated bot(s) . It’s annoying that to efficiently manage these associations, you either have to navigate back and forth between the Article and Bots sections, or have two browsers opened so you can readily navigate the articles and where exactly they’re located in the associated bot(s). 

We are adding this to the roadmap, but not pursuing it actively.
