Respect privacy settings of vimeo videos in In-App Hub (formerly KC Bot)

I have unlisted videos in vimeo that are set to only be embedded in specified domains. Even though I set the domains of my environments, the KC bot still says that the privacy settings do not allow the video to play in the bot. I would like the KC bot to recognize the privacy settings of the video and allow it to play in the domains I've specified
