We receive many complaints from our learners about having to adjust the playback rate of each video. For example, if I like to listen at 1.25x, I have to do that for every video lesson as I progress through the course. Learners expect the system to retain their preference as they move from one lesson to the next. It’s tedious and time-consuming to make this adjustment one lesson at a time. I am also receiving the same feedback, which negatively impacts our NPS scores. When we purchased Skilljar four years ago, this was a big factor for us, but we were told that it was on the roadmap.
